Unwired West was formed as a joint venture between UnwiredOnline.Net and Computer Systems West (wireless division) in 2007. Both companies were in business since 2002 , Computer Systems West's Networking/IT business has been in existence since 1990. Together we leverage our combined years of expertise to provide leading edge 'state-of-the-art' wireless technology solutions and quality services in the Willamette Valley. Our wireless network/coverage extends along the I-5 corridor from Corvallis to Cottage Grove. We also cover Hwy 126 from Veneta/Elmira to Springfield and till Lowell/Dexter/Fall Creek off Hwy 58. All our wireless backhauls are redundant with failover links in place to provide maximum high availability and reliability. Recently we added a fiber backhaul to transport 50% of our traffic and thereby increasing our capacity significantly.
